data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to
process your booking.
- Heytesbury Ridge will not charge you any reservation
fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. Your credit
card details will be held as security for your booking - you can choose
to use your credit card, or pay by other means when you arrive at
Heytesbury Ridge
- Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
- Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement
- Cancellation - At least 48 hours before date of arrival.
Otherwise, Heytesbury Ridge will charge the amount corresponding to
the first nights accommodation on the credit card.
- No show - In the event of a "non arrival",
Heytesbury Ridge will charge the amount corresponding to the first
night on the credit card.
- Accepted credit cards Visa, Mastercard.
- Heytesbury Ridge reserves the right to pre-authorise
credit cards prior to arrival.
