Butterfly Farm
A lovingly-restored and renovated Edwardian homestead and the perfect stopover for travellers on the Great Ocean Road.
Set in a peaceful farmland setting, the B&B has its own private entrance, Sitting-room with log fire, television, piano and keyboard. refrigerator, tea and coffee making available, luxurious Queen-size four-poster bed, plus single bed, ensuite to bedroom and ducted central heating.

Room Descriptions

Room 1

Room 1 offers privacy and a cosy retreat. It has its own entrance, private lounge room, ensuite and the bedroom has a Queen size 4 poster bed and a single bed.
There is also a leather fold out couch in the lounge room, the size of a double bed with an inner spring mattress and there are large double doors that can separate the lounge room from the bedroom.
Room 1 can sleep up to 5 persons.
Tea & coffee facilities together with orange juice and homemade cookies are provided
The tariff includes a fully cooked breakfast

Room 2

Room 2 offers space and the comforts of home. It has a Queen size bed and the bedroom has french doors onto a private verandah. Room 1 has a foyer, an adjacent private bathroom with a claw foot bath and the lounge room has an entertainment system.
This area sleeps 2 persons
