- Your
reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and
will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
- Romantic
Retreat Cottages takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously.
Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
- To confirm
a reservation, Romantic Retreat Cottages requires a minimum deposit
of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. Your credit card will
be debited at the time of the booking with the balance payable with
cash or credit card on your arrival.
- Check
In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
- Check
Out before 11:00 am - unless by prior arrangement
- Cancellation
- At least 48 hours before the date of arrival. Otherwise, Romantic
Retreat Cottages will charge the amount corresponding to the first
nights accommodation on the credit card. Refunds will incur a $10.00
processing fee.
- No show
- In the event of a "non arrival", Romantic Retreat Cottages
will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit
card.
- Accepted
credit cards Visa & MasterCard.
- Romantic
Retreat Cottages reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards
prior to arrival.
