Terms & Conditions:
- Your
reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and
will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
- Romantic
Retreat Cottages takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously.
Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
- To confirm
a reservation, Romantic Retreat Cottages requires a minimum deposit
of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. Your credit card will
be debited at the time of the booking with the balance payable with
cash or credit card on your arrival.
- Check in is 2.30 pm onwards unless by prior arrangement
- Check
Out before 10:15 am - unless by prior arrangement
- Cancellation - Any cancellation will automatically forfeit the first
night of booking. Cancellations will only be 'considered' if requested
at least 14 days prior to the first night of booking and will still
forfeit a minimum of one night bookings. This does not apply to bookings
between the 24th December and the 10th January, when the full amount
will be charged unless we are able to relet the accommodation at the
rate originally booked.
- No show - In the event of a 'no show' with no notification, the
total booking fee will be charged to the original credit card unless
we are able to relet all, or part of the booking.
- Accepted
credit cards Visa & MasterCard.
- Romantic
Retreat Cottages reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards
prior to arrival.
