Built in the 1970's the Southern Right Motel was quite unique for its time with a distinctive A Frame main office and its innovative room layout with its emphasis on natural lighting and spacious room sizes

The Southern Right Motor Inn is located on the Princes Highway close to Deakin University, Gateway Plaza Shopping Centre, Harvey Norman, Bunnings, Harris Scarfe and and a number of other warehouse shopping outlets and also close to the Hopkins river and Logan's beach.
Warrnambool's city centre and main surf beach is about 3 kilometers ( 5 minute drive) from the Southern Right Motor Inn.
