Terms & Conditions:

  • Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
  • Clonmara takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
  • Clonmara will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. Your credit card details will be held as security for your booking - you can choose to use your credit card, or pay by other means when you arrive.
  • Check In 2:30 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
  • Check Out before 10:15 am - unless by prior arrangement
  • Cancellation - At least 7 days before date of arrival. Otherwise, Clonmara will charge the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation to the credit card quoted.
  • No show - In the event of a non arrival, Clonmara will charge the full amount of the booking to the credit card quoted.
  • Please note that some of our special packages are not able to be cancelled once booked and the full amount will be charged.
  • Variations or customisation of any of the listed packages needs to be booked directly with Clonmara and not thru the automated booking pages - please phone or email Clonmara direct.
  • Accepted credit cards Visa and Mastercard.
  • Clonmara reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
  • Advance bookings made for local special events (ie. Port Fairy Folk Festival etc.) may require a non refundable deposit to secure the booking and all clients will be informed at the time of booking if a deposit is required, and the amount.
  • Verification of your booking will be sent automatically by the booking system.
