Cancellation Policy
Deposits will only be refunded if your booking is cancelled 14 or more days prior to your arrival (less a booking fee of $30). If a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival, no refund will be made unless your unit/room is re-let for the total duration of your booking (less a booking fee of $30).  Once you have checked in, no refund will be given if you choose to leave prior to your check-out date.

we are only metres away from cafes, restaurants and shops set amongst 4 acres of native gardens with kangaroos grazing on the lawns and surrounded by the magnificent Grampians ranges. An indoor heated pool provides year-round family fun. Other facilities include full-sized tennis court, children's playground, basketball ring, electric BBQs and guest laundries.
