Terms & Conditions:

1. Reservations: Bookings will be confirmed on payment of deposit of 30% of the total tariff.

2. Payment Methods: We accept Visa & Mastercard, Direct Deposit can also be arranged for bookings made at least 14 days prior to arrival

3. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out 10.30am. Keys collection can be arranged for after hours check-in.

4. Housekeeping: For bookings longer than 4 days a house keeping service can be arranged mid stay. However the villas are self-contained and it is the responsibility of the guests to maintain the same neat and tidy condition, as it was when they arrived. Bins provided at #1 carpark

5. Additional Guests: Each villa is designed for couples. There is no provision for additional guests. Infants under 2 only Cot available @ $25.00 per night.

6. Cancellations: Peak Season less than 30 days cancellation no refund will be given. Low Season less than 7 days of arrival no refund will be given.
