Room styles include double and twin rooms (illustrated below) plus Family suites and Spa suites

Bedding Configuration
At Loch Ard Motor Inn and 5@bayview beds are allocated based on the number of guests - so for standard motel rooms - 1 or 2 guest will be put into a room with 1 queen bed and bookings for 3 guests will occupy a twin room with 1 queen bed and one single bed. So for two guests, requiring two separate beds then you will need to book for 3 guests.
Loch Ard Motor Inn family apartments 1-2 guest occupy one queen bed - 3rd and 4th guests occupy an additional two single beds and 5th and 6th guests occupy two more single beds.
5@bayview is a three bedroom apartment so 1-2 guest occupy the main bedroom with one queen bed. 3rd and 4th guests occupy the second bedroom with another queen bed. 5th guest is accommodated in the third bedroom with one single bed.

Loch Ard Motor Inn is located about 50 metres from the Port Campbell beach and across the road from the Supermarket and Post Ofice.
In fact you can't get a more centrally located property in Port Campbell.
