Terms & Conditions:
- Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal
data is encrypted and will be processed by state of the art encryption
technology.
- Raglan Motor Inn takes the privacy of your personal
data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to
process your booking.
- To confirm a reservation, Raglan Motor Inn requires
a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. Your
credit card will be debited at the time of the booking with the balance
payable on arrival ( or departure )
- Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
- Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement
- Cancellation - At least 24 hours before date of arrival.
Otherwise, Raglan Motor Inn will charge the amount corresponding to
the first nights accommodation on the credit card.
- No show - In the event of a "non arrival",
the Raglan Motor Inn will charge the amount corresponding to the first
night on the credit card.
- Accepted credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard,
American Express, Diners Club
- Raglan Motor Inn reserves the right to pre-authorise
credit cards prior to arrival.
- Advance bookings made for special events may require
a larger deposit to secure the booking and all clients will be informed
at the time of booking if a deposit is required, and the amount .
- Verification of your booking will be sent automatically
by the booking system. Confirmation of your booking, along with directions
will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours of your booking
