Terms & Conditions:

  • Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
  • Sarah's Studio takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
  • To confirm a reservation, Sarah's Studio requires a minimum deposit of 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. Your credit card will be debited at the time of the booking with the balance payable on arrival
  • Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
  • Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement
  • Cancellation - At least 10 days prior to the date of arrival. A refund of your deposit less a $20 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation - within 10 days, deposit forfeited or at the discretion of the owners of Sarah's Studio , the deposit can be used to secure a booking on another date mutually agreeable to both parties.
  • No show - In the event of a "non arrival", the Sarah's Studio will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit card.
  • Accepted credit cards Visa, Mastercard
  • Sarah's Studio reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
  • Advance bookings made for special events ( Port Fairy Folk festival, May races etc.) may require a deposit in excess of 30% to secure the booking. All clients will be informed at the time of booking if a larger deposit is required, and the amount .
