Terms & Conditions:

• Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
• City Heart Motel takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
• City Heart Motel will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. Your credit card details will be held as security for your booking - you can choose to use your credit card, or pay by other means when you arrive at the motel.
• Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
• Check Out before 10:00 am - unless by prior arrangement
• Cancellation - At least 24 hours before date of arrival. Otherwise, City Heart Motel will charge the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation on the credit card.
• No show - In the event of a "non arrival", the City Heart Motel will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit card.
• Accepted credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard
• City Heart Motel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• Advance bookings made for special events ( Port Fairy Folk festival, May races etc.) may require a deposit to secure the booking and all clients will be informed at the time of booking if a deposit is required, and the amount .
