Terms & Conditions:

• Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed by state of the art encryption technology.
• Stingray Villa takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.
• Stingray Villa will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. Your credit card details will be held as security for your booking - you can choose to use your credit card, or pay by other means when you arrive at Stingray Villa.
• Check In 2:00 pm onwards - unless by prior arrangement
• Check Out 10:00 am before - unless by prior arrangement
• Cancellation - At least 7 days before date of arrival, otherwise, Stingray Villa will charge the amount corresponding to the first nights accommodation on the credit card.
• No show - In the event of a "non arrival", Stingray Villa will charge the amount corresponding to the first night on the credit card.
• Changes or alterations to any booking should negotiated prior to arrival and no refunds will be given once occupancy of Stingray Villa has commenced.
• Accepted credit cards Visa, Mastercard.
• Stingray Villa reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• Advance bookings made for special events ( Port Fairy Folk festival, May races etc.) may require a deposit to secure the booking and all clients will be informed at the time of booking if a deposit is required, and the amount .
