Walk
to the Beach
The main beach is virtually at your back door and you only have
to walk out of the rear of Port Warrnambool Village and you are
on the beach. .
The section of beach behind Stingray Villa is the most popular
with families as it is sheltered by the Breakwater which means
the waves are not as big and it is not subject to rips and ocean
currents

Villa is a fully self contained 3 bedroom apartment located right
on Warrnambool's foreshore and within easy walking distance from
the CBD. Lake Pertobe adventure playground, Warrnambool Tennis
Club and Mini Golf are located within 100 metres of Stingray Villa.

Stingray
Villa is just 70 metres from one of the best beaches on the South
west coast. A three kilometer strip of white sand with some great
surfing spots and also a sheltered section close to the breakwater
which is a wonderful safe area for young families -
